The NJC Master Guide Club is the leadership ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, developing Christ-centered leaders through discipleship, mentorship, service, outdoor education, evangelism, and ministry training.
To develop Christ-centered leaders through a balanced program of spiritual growth, leadership training, outdoor skills, fellowship, and service.
To see every Master Guide a committed disciple of Jesus Christ, equipped to lead and impact their world for God's glory.
Loving the Lord Jesus, I promise to take an active part in Adventurers, Pathfinders and Youth Ministries, doing what I can to finish the work of the gospel in all the world.
